We currently have a "Live for Speed" race team and we will start events soon including races for our drivers with demo lisence's and events for our S1 and S2 members. Races will include rally cross races, Formula One races and a destruction derby. Race's will be held weekly and we will have weekly practices to brush up on driving skills and trade vehicle set ups with fellow team members. Our air division of Ruthless Motor Sports called "Virtual Air Adventures" has a several goals .
- Create a group for those interested in military planes called "WarBirds Aloft". (Weekly flights are planned for fighters and bombers). A combat flight simulator group is also in the planning stage so if you have Microsoft combat flight simulator 3 and are interested. Join up and get involved.
- Create a learning center for flight instruction. This could include a library of data, live flight lessons and video/text lessons.
- Create a realistic flight simulation world. This would mean hundreds of users working togather by creating virtual careers, following aviation rules and having a good time. This could be someone very serious that wants to be in ATC or the head of an airport to someone who wants to be that everyday hobbyist pilot we hear and see flying over our homes daily. This would be much larger then a average virtual airline it would encompass large airlines, small commuter firms and private flying.
- Creation of a air racing team.
- Have FUN!!!!
We plan on creating missions for our members starting in August with hopes of multi player missions.
We currently have several "Live for Speed" servers and two flight simulation servers. One fight simulation server is a 24 hour FSX server. The second is a 24 hr server which flying is possible with several versions including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and all versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator 10.
